Katrina Williams, Human Metabolism. One in seven couples experience problems conceiving a child, which is due to an equal proportion of problems with male and female fertility. Infertile men produce lower numbers of sperm with poor motility, but in many cases the cause is unknown. Could infection with common bugs be a contributing factor? This talk focuses on what is and is not known about how common infections affect human sperm.
