Giving effective feedback is a constant challenge for educators, and it is important to develop methods that students find useful and engaging. TurnItIn’s feedback studio allows markers to record up to three minutes of audio feedback for students, and this is starting to be used across various departments and institutions. Rachel Staddon from the University of Sheffield experimented with this approach for a foundation chemistry module.
