You'll also hear how an interdisciplinary team at the University has developed innovative processes to allow refugees to manufacture their own masks, shields and gowns to combat the Covid-19 pandemic.

Hosting the webinar is alumnus Professor Tony Ryan OBE, who has been leading this pioneering movement through the Grantham Centre for Sustainable Futures. The Centre tackles seven of the UN’s sustainable development goals. Not only reimagining the world, but making it happen.
