In this video, we’ll talk to Nigel Hosking, a Senior Probation Officer for the London Community Rehabilitation Company, about his experience of offender supervision and how it works in practice.

Nigel talks about the objectives of offender supervision and how performance measures within the service have not always reflected these objectives. He goes on to explain how the service has re-focussed on these objectives through better training of supervisors and the increased involvement of offenders in the process.
