Our DVDs and hard drives won’t last forever.Or even for as long as a reel of celluloid film. As we live through a period of rapid technological change, how can we make sure our memories are preserved for future generations?
This thought provoking installation showcases rare pieces from the University’s special collections archive, alongside work by some of Sheffield's first film pioneers. The idea is to start an important conversation about the preservation of digital records.
