Dr Victoria Williamson, Vice-Chancellor's Fellow for Music, explores the relationship between music and sleep. Asking if music can help treat insomnia, Dr Williamson investigates how music was used as a sleep aid in centuries past and how new technology is transforming the way we monitor and treat sleep problems.
