For three years, the iPGCE at the School of Education has employed "Reflective Nudges". A "Nudge" can be an article, a specific activity or section of programme materials, a series of questions, or a policy document. Reflective nudges are used weekly to provide a current element to the programme, facilitate discussion, and create opportunities for timely interventions in cases of newly identified learner needs or evaluations. This session will showcase some of the best (and worst)-received nudges, showing how they are used to develop reflection, increase online collaboration, and keep a programme current.
