What is the value of the external speakers?

One of the unique facets of the Parliamentary Studies module is the contribution made by external speakers. Thes include John Bercow, the Speaker of the House of Commons, Lord David Blunkett, and a wide variety of other parliamentary employees and representatives. Together these give the students a real insight into the day-to-day running of our democratic processes, and show how politics in practice can often differ from theory.....
