Scholarships give the most deserving, bright and talented students the chance to reach their full potential. For students from low-income backgrounds, knowing they will be supported if they choose to come to Sheffield makes a significant difference. Our scholarships also support students who face other barriers to higher education, for example many of our scholarship recipients are the first in their family to go to university.
We asked some of our current scholarship recipients to tell us what their undergraduate scholarship means to them and how this financial support is making a difference to their university experience.
