Experience a new way to learn English with our Virtual Reality (VR) courses at The University of Sheffield's English Language Teaching Centre.

Order food in a restaurant and feel like you are really there. Sit on an airplane and talk to your fellow passengers. Walk through a park and play basketball. Try on clothes in a shopping centre.

And you can do all these things from your own home through a virtual reality headset. You can choose your own avatar and interact in real time with your teacher and other students.

The focus of these classes is on social speaking and building your confidence in English. You will visit different locations such as hotels, cafes, restaurants, parks, wizard schools desert islands and castles and practise your English in different situations.
