Dr Bev Gibbs, Senior University Teacher in Engineering Management and Director of Learning and Teaching Strategy in Mechanical Engineering, was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) as an adult. Here she discusses the challenges as well as the value of ADHD in academia.
