Calum McLatchie, Lauren Skarkou and Andy Baldwin discuss their diverse careers in the financial sector. The three speakers will discuss the opportunities open to graduates in finance, the challenges they’ve faced, and bring a variety of perspectives about heading up financial operations in a shifting financial landscape.

Calum has spent 6 years heading up finance departments. He qualified as an ACA accountant and trained as an auditor before moving into global software. Lauren leads the Financial Conduct Authority’s international policy work on crypto regulation, asset management and operational resilience. Andy is Global Managing Partner at Ernst & Young.
