The 2016 Sir Bernard Crick Annual Lecture was delivered by The Speaker of the House of Commons, the Rt Hon John Bercow MP. 

The Speaker spoke to the topic of 'Designing for Democracy', and discussed the radical plans to refurbish the ageing Palace of Westminster.
