This short video is an educational animation aimed at first year and prospective Biomedical Science students, and outlines the fundamentals of protein structure and synthesis - covered in the Cell and Molecular Biology lectures.

The first two minutes of the presentation covers the transcription of DNA to RNA in the nucleus, the next two, translation in the cytoplasm.
