How to access support from UCS & SAMHS
If you need support with your mental health during your studies, a triage appointment with SAMHS is your first port of call.
We’ll help you to navigate your support options and agree on a tailored plan of psychological support.
You can register for an initial triage appointment with SAMHS online with just a few details.
You can register at: www.sheffield.ac.uk/ssid/mental-health
If you’re currently self-isolating
If you’re currently self-isolating and experiencing mental health difficulties, you don’t need to complete the usual online registration process.
Please send us an email with ‘Fast-Track’ in the subject and include your name, student registration number and a contact number in the email, to SAMHS@sheffield.ac.uk.
