The webinar introduces participants to our state-of-the-art ESTEEM training programme designed to improve the safety behaviours of construction workers in order to reduce accidents and injuries. We discuss the challenges of safety in the construction industry, particularly for migrant workers and how we have used research to develop training interventions.  We will also briefly present some key results of the evaluation of the training and the different guidelines that have been developed for individual workers, work groups, supervisors and occupational health professionals.
