Dr. Gavin Williams from EEE shares an exciting hands on lab that all First Year students get to do which is known as 'Reverse Engineering'. To help them gain an understanding of what electrical components make up everyday electronic items such as a printer our students get to take the item apart using screwdrivers and saws. In this video we see the students getting right down to the silicon chip that powers the printer - find out what they think of this session!
