Thursday, 4 April⋅13:30 – 15:00
Portobello Pool Seminar Room B51
Delivered by Ross Denby
Delivered by Ross Denby
This session is for all SLP project stakeholders with dependencies on Module data.
In the session we will explain how the Curriculum Workstream have built Module data in SITS and explain where useful information is stored in the tables.
Aims:
- Help SLP Projects Teams to consider how they might tailor their OOTB solutions to surface the information that staff and students will find most useful.
- Help SLP Projects Teams to label data in surfaced in their developments appropriately.
- Help SLP Projects Teams to better understand how their dependencies on module data might be met
- Help SLP Projects Teams to verify any assumptions they have made about Module data in SITS
Please note the Module data currently in Dev is not the most up to date dataset. This data is currently in the Migration and Test Environments. This will be moved into Dev at a time agreed with all the teams, managed by David Donaldson. Please let David know if you have an urgent need for this data in SITS Dev.
If you have any specific questions you would like us to cover the session, please let me know a few days before hand by completing this form.
We will run a separate session for Programme Data in April.
Please invite other stakeholders in your team who might need to be involved.
With thanks,
Helen.
