Organisations are facing increasing pressures to continually
innovate in order to succeed. The research-based CLEAR IDEAS (CI) training
method has therefore been created as a means of developing the skills of leaders and
employees to collaboratively both generate creative solutions and implement
them more effectively in the workplace. Thousands of people have now taken part
in CI workshops and significant impacts on organisational performance have been
produced. In this webinar, participants will be provided with an overview
of how the CI model was developed from research, examples of its application in organisations and a description of how it works in practice. Viewers will also find it useful as a means of developing their own creative and innovative thinking
skills.
